Works well but drains battery

This app works well and has a nice clean interface. I found that it played midi files fine. One problem is that it is brutal on the energy usage. As soon as I started playing a file the fans on my MacBook can on full blast. Even when the app isn’t playing anything it was still on the top of the list of energy users on my MacBook.
